• We acknowledge that we are thriving and providing for ourselves on stolen, occupied land of the Anishinaabe peoples. In order to respect the people who have stewarded this land before us for generations (and the land itself), we must acknowledge this truth. • Villekulla Flora is a queer trans+ owned business and queer trans+ centered space.

  • We believe that emotional and spiritual health is equally as important as our physical health. This is why we work with flora that provides beauty, pleasure and the sense of luxury and abundance. Every person deserves to experience luxury regardless of their means.

  • We value education and sharing knowledge about the plants we work with and are here to share what we have learned in our own unique voice. We believe that everyone is a teacher and a student.

  • We are here to explore how we can share and build intimate relationships with nature and how these relationships can create change through collective healing and spiritual well being.

  • We honor the traditional knowledge and stories that come from indigenous elders and ancestors, locally and throughout the world, where many of our botanicals originate. We also believe that intuition, reflection and participation with the natural world in front of us are important ways in which to discover our own personal significance. Doing this work leads us towards building authentic, non-appropriative practices with the magic of the natural world.
